MegaByteCo offers nationwide delivery across all provinces in South Africa. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your device reaches you safely and on time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to:

  • Major cities: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein
  • Regional centers and towns
  • Remote areas (may require additional delivery time)

For remote or rural areas, delivery may take 1-2 additional business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier’s tracking portal. You can also view your order status in your account under “Track Order.”

Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package
  • A valid ID may be required upon delivery
  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address with contact number
  • Include any access codes or special instructions if applicable

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to no one being available or incorrect address details, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Lay-Buy Orders

For lay-buy orders, devices are reserved once the 50% deposit is received. Shipping will commence only after the final installment has been paid in full. Estimated delivery times apply from the date of final payment.
