Refund Policy

Exchange Only - No Refunds

At MegaByteCo, we operate on an exchange-only basis. We do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final once the device has been delivered and accepted.

7-Day Exchange Window

If you receive a device that is defective or not as described, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The device must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned with all original accessories and packaging
  • Free from physical damage or misuse
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

What Qualifies for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted for:

  • Hardware defects not disclosed in the product description
  • Devices that fail to power on or function properly
  • Significant cosmetic damage not mentioned in the listing
  • Wrong item shipped

What Does Not Qualify

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software-related problems (can usually be resolved with a reset)
  • Devices without original packaging and accessories

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@megabyteco.com
  2. Provide your order number and description of the issue
  3. Include photos or videos demonstrating the defect if applicable
  4. Wait for our team to review and approve your exchange request
  5. Ship the device back using the provided return label

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will:

  • Verify the defect or issue within 2-3 business days
  • Ship a replacement device of the same model and grade
  • If the same model is unavailable, offer a comparable alternative or store credit

Warranty Coverage

All devices come with a 3-month warranty covering hardware defects. Warranty claims after the 7-day exchange window will be handled as repairs rather than exchanges. Please refer to our warranty terms for details.
